Tori Quarters

The Tori Quarters is a historic area in the old centre of Helsinki that has been the seat of municipal government for decades, and therefore mostly closed to the public. The area was being revitalised and Helsinkifrostbites was brought in to design and produce the website, in cooperation with Miuraad Advertising Agency.
